Job Summary:

• 5days, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• Location: Funan

Job Description:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including document collection, review, and archiving.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, corporate secretaries, and accounting service providers.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, including disbursements, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Mainland China HQ for financial data alignment and audit support.
• Oversee daily cashier operations and cash handling at physical stores.
• Verify daily store revenue and ensure accuracy of recorded amounts.
• Report financial discrepancies to HQ and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 year of relevant finance experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred
• Singaporean only
