Build and enhance scalable trading platforms, collaborate with quantitative researchers, optimize distributed systems, and develop research infrastructure that accelerates innovation, performance, and productivity across fast-growing global markets.

Join a highly collaborative technology team responsible for building and improving the critical platforms that support trading and research activities. You will work alongside quantitative researchers and engineers to create innovative infrastructure, enhance system performance, and drive business growth through technology.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python-based applications and services.
- Building research infrastructure that enables quantitative teams to innovate more efficiently.
- Enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed production systems.
- Working with large datasets to support research, analytics, and trading operations.
- Collaborating with engineers and researchers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Contributing to platform evolution as the business expands into new markets and opportunities.

About You:
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong background working with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience developing and operating applications on Linux platforms.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and data-intensive applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable taking ownership and delivering results independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
