Designs By Racquel (************* | IG: @designsbyracquelsg) is a small but rapidly growing online jewelry store specializing in jade and custom jewelry designs. We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Executive (Jade) to lead the jade side of our business. You will play a key role in helping us grow our brand and sales.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Your primary role is to serve customers with knowledge and passion (Jade or Gold knowledge is preferred but not required).
• Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and monthly sales reporting.
• Social Media: Help manage our social media accounts.
• Inventory Management: Process incoming stock, manage restocking, handle returns, and conduct stock-taking.
• Office Maintenance: Replenish office supplies as needed.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the shipping company to ensure smooth delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Jewellery (or other luxury goods) sales experience
• Driven in meeting Sales Goals
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Sales Planning
• Build Relationships
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational
• 5 Day work week (Tuesday -Saturday)
