We’re Hiring: HR & Admin Assistant

If you’re organised, people-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role gives you exposure to both HR and day-to-day office operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding
- Maintain HR records and ensure employee data is accurate and confidential
- Assist with payroll, leave tracking, and general HR administrative tasks
- Handle administrative duties such as document management, data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Support daily office operations including scheduling, office coordination, and supplies management
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (students and fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Canva or advanced Excel skills are a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
