Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Client Onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full QA lifecycle, from requirements analysis to UAT and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand user requirements assigned by the Channels Product Owner.
- Work closely with product, design, and technology teams to understand feature specifications and translate them into detailed test scenarios and plans.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, log, and prioritize defects; coordinate closely with development teams for resolution.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects.
- Communicate regularly with Product and UAT Team Leads on test execution progress, open issues, defects, and potential risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Support test automation strategies and contribute to cross-platform UAT efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience, ideally in client onboarding, front-office, or internet-facing platforms.
- Strong background in testing digital and client-facing platforms.
- Experience with JIRA for test and defect management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and various software development lifecycle models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking or Wealth Management domains.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools is a plus.
- Experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Exposure to cross-platform or mobile application testing.
