PERSOL APAC Hiring! Full Time Contact Center Solutions Architect in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to identify pipeline opportunities, formulate deal strategies, and align contact center portfolios with client business goals.
• Direct technical discovery workshops, define project scopes, and lead the validation of solutions through high-impact Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee functional design, technical architecture, configuration analysis, and system integrations.
• Architect robust testing frameworks, deployment strategies, and customer training plans to ensure a seamless operational transition.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact to address complex queries regarding proposed system capabilities, architecture, and deployment risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a matching field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the ICT sector, with at least 2 dedicated years operating in a consultative or solution-scoping capacity for contact center systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of Contact Center Architecture, modern customer experience business workflows, and digital economy platforms.
• Solid understanding of the Telecommunications Business Support System (BSS) layer; prior experience delivering solutions within a telecom ecosystem is highly valued.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering technical presentations and navigating commercial negotiations.
