About the Company

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and servicing existing company accounts in meeting the target set
• Explore for new accounts/ sales opportunities and ensuring the target sales is achieved
• Promote our product as premium grade
• Plan, executive, review and achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• Strengthen customer relationship and ability to analyze customers performance
• Analyzing and handling customer sector by identifying their needs
• Ability to collect concise market information, able to grasp competitors’ action/activities and ability to propose suitable strategies / action plan when required
• Maintain the good collaboration with inner departments in order to serve customer needs
• Following up long overdue stock and ensuring the stock to be cleared as date set
• Managing the account receivable as per agreed terms
• Ensure debt are collected on time
• Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration / Marketing.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales / marketing of industrial products.
• Able to work as a team to achieve better result
• Good interpersonal, customer service & communication skills
• Good presentation & reporting skills
• High commitment & energetic
• Computer literate (Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work travel frequently
