Job Description

Responsibilities

Senior Developer – ServiceNow (SPM/CSM)

Location: Singapore

Experience: 4–7 years in ServiceNow, with 3+ years in a lead

 

Role Overview

The Senior Developer will take end-to-end technical ownership of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solution quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. This role involves leading technical design, guiding teams, and driving solution excellence across App Engine and CSM modules.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design: Lead development using App Engine and CSM components.

Solution Ownership: Define architecture, configuration standards, and coding guidelines.

Team Guidance: Mentor developers and support defect resolution.

Integration & Migration: Design REST/SOAP integrations and support data migration.

Testing & Release: Coordinate SIT/UAT defect fixes, release planning, and go-live activities.

Customization: Configure forms, lists, UI policies, workflows, and build automation with Flow Designer.

Portal Development: Support Service Portal widgets and basic customizations.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance guidelines, and security controls.

 

Required Skills

Strong expertise in App Engine, CSM, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server

Knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs

Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills

Experience with update sets, deployments, environment management

Practical exposure to CSM module implementations

Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) or AutomatePro

Certifications (Mandatory)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM/SPM

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

 

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE in CS, IT, Electronics, or related field)

Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA or equivalent) preferred

Relevant ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage
