Your Role:

We are looking for a Wealth Planner to support the delivery of wealth planning solutions to our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Singapore. This role will focus on providing tailored wealth planning advice and supporting Relationship Managers in addressing clients’ wealth structuring, succession and legacy planning needs. You will act as a trusted adviser to both clients and Relationship Managers while working closely with the Group’s wealth planning team and external partners to deliver holistic solutions.


  • Analyze client needs and deliver bespoke wealth planning solutions tailored to their personal, family and business objectives
  • Advise clients on wealth structuring, succession planning, estate planning, family governance, philanthropy and fiduciary solutions
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers and other specialists to support client acquisition, retention and asset consolidation initiative
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to the preparation and presentation of wealth planning proposals and recommendations
  • Coordinate with the Group’s wealth planning team and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of wealth planning solutions
  • Support the implementation of agreed wealth planning structures by working closely with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external advisers and service providers, including legal, tax and fiduciary professionals
  • Support Relationship Managers through technical guidance, training and ongoing knowledge sharing on wealth planning topics
  • Monitor market, regulatory and industry developments relevant to wealth planning and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders where appropriate
  • Represent Lombard Odier at client events, seminars and industry engagements to promote the firm’s wealth planning capabilities and thought leadership


Your Profile:

  • University education with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wealth planning, private banking, fiduciary, legal or related advisory role
  • Strong understanding of wealth structuring and solutions, including succession planning, estate planning, trust structures, family governance and fiduciary services
  • Knowledge of the Singapore wealth planning landscape and familiarity with cross-border wealth planning considerations
  • Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and their professional advisers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex planning concepts in a practical and client-friendly manner
  • Commercially minded with the ability to work closely with Relationship Managers and contribute to business development efforts
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and able to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment
