What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across bunker, shipping, and tanker operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
• Manage and process maritime documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
• Liaise and coordinate closely with vessels, port agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movements, and operational timelines, proactively addressing any delays or disruptions
• Support the planning and execution of bunker and tanker operations, ensuring all activities meet safety and compliance standards
• Respond promptly to operational queries and issues, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime and disruption
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports, ensuring data integrity across all documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in operational processes and efficiency
• Be available to provide operational support beyond standard office hours when the situation demands

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bunker operations, shipping operations, tanker operations, or the broader maritime industry
• Solid working knowledge of maritime documentation and operational processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment
• Highly adaptable and calm under pressure, with a proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Willingness to work beyond office hours when operationally required
