Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Subang Jaya. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing day-to-day activities. The role includes handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and files. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping to prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth daily operations.
