Responsibilities
Job Description & Responsibilities:
To handle sales & services orders, processing documentation and updates.
Responsible for PO receivable processing, including service billing, INVOICE / DELIVERY ORDER / SHIPPING INVOICE / PACKING LIST / transfer financial invoicing and carrying out shipment arrangement as well as maintaining data accuracy of it.
Follow up on daily orders and liaise with the IMC (factory in Taiwan) / customers to ensure smooth and timely goods or spare parts deliveries.
To do monitory and update of stock control in and out.
Responsible for general clerical duties such as filing, preparation of correspondence, provide administrative support.
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Assists the sales and service staff by professionally directing information and traffic flow in the office, including phone calls, receiving visitors, appointments, and inquiries.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Higher Secondary/Diploma/Degree in any field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferably able to write and converse in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Training will be provided
Require a good team player
