We are an established ISO-certified plastic manufacturing company specializing in the production of zipper bags, courier bags, bubble courier bags, security bags, petri dishes, and plastic containers for medical and laboratory use. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Purchasing cum Admin Executive.
Job Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and office supplies.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor delivery status.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, production, and accounts departments.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Handle general administrative duties, filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist in maintaining ISO-related documentation and records.
Prepare reports and other administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
