Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager based in Singapore to bridge customer needs, market opportunities, and internal product development. This role works directly with enterprise customers while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, sales, solutions, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage enterprise customers in Singapore and the region through discovery sessions, pre-sales discussions, requirement clarification, and solution workshops.
• Understand customers' data architecture, business scenarios, technical stack, and procurement processes, then identify repeatable product needs.
• Translate customer pain points into well-defined product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, solution proposals, demo materials, and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, sales, solution, and customer success teams to drive product design, release planning, POCs, and delivery.
• Track market trends in cloud data platforms, Lakehouse, data warehousing, real-time computing, DataOps, governance, and AI data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B software, data platforms, cloud services, databases, data warehouses, BI, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to align with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into business value, product requirements, and practical delivery plans.
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, real-time computing, cloud platforms, or enterprise data architecture is preferred.
• Professional English proficiency is required; Mandarin communication skills are a plus for collaboration with headquarters or engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, database engines, compute engines, or AI platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers, pre-sales, or product localization in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record of driving enterprise products, POCs, or strategic customer projects from 0 to 1.
