Production Assistant (Freshers Welcome)

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (2 days/week) & 8-hour shifts (3 days/week)

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers who are willing to learn and build their career in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves supporting daily production activities, handling materials, performing basic machine operations, and completing simple computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and production operations.
• Perform basic machine operations, including start, stop, and monitoring.
• Handle and move materials safely within the production area.
• Update and maintain basic records using MS Office and Excel.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• O Level/SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic machine operation knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office & MS Excel).
• Basic software installation knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
