About the Role

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at J.K. Wire Harness Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru, Johor. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality wire harnesses.

Design Engineer

1. Receive Technical drawing / Engineering Change Notice from customer

2. Identify Specification and prepare Internal drawing

3. Computer data Input

4. Arrange and coordinate quotation preparation

5. Design Data Checking

6. Prepare Production Documents.

Development Engineer

1. Receive Technical drawing / Engineering Change Notice from customer

2. Identify Specification and prepare Internal drawing

3. Computer data Input

4. Arrange and coordinate quotation preparation

5. Prepare sample wire harness

6. Database Handling and Transferring

7. VA / VE, Local Changes and Local Wire Harness Design

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a ANY related field in Engineering.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Manufacturing/Automotive/Technical Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry

• FRESH GRADUATE are welcomed!

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

• Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, and automation technologies

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
