Responsibilities
Do you enjoy connecting with people and making their day a little better — one cup at a time? If you’re passionate, energetic, and love being part of a buzzing team, we’d love to meet you! Whether you're a seasoned barista or just starting out, if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll help you grow.
What You’ll Do:
Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with care and consistency
Deliver warm, efficient service to busy professionals on the go
Keep the café area clean and organized at all times
Support your team during busy rushes (yes, we’re in this together!)
Share ideas, give feedback, and help us keep raising the bar
Assist with daily opening and closing routines, restocking, and upkeep
Operate the POS system and manage transactions smoothly and accurately
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Work 44 hours per week (Mon - Fri only, close on Weekends and PH)
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person with great energy
Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and a team player with strong work ethics
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and cleanliness
Willing to learn and grow—we’ll train you if you’re new!
Able to work early (If you’re an early bird, we want you!
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working as a barista or in F&N
Next-level latte art game (or the desire to learn!)
Food hygiene certification
