Job Description
Responsibilities
They run a number of processes and the related equipment and provide important services to the organization. Contribute to the production process, ensure goods are shipped on time, in the quality specified. Passionate about process technology, organization efficiency strongly support smooth and cost-efficient flow in production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily production activities according to the production schedule, including operating and monitoring of spring manufacturing machines to achieve production targets.
Carry out In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections in compliance with inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions. Training will be provided.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Identify and promptly report production equipment or quality issues to the leader to minimize downtime and defects.
Support packing, sorting, containment, and rework activities as required to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and regulations at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support production operations and departmental objectives.
