Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our food & beverage team as Team Members. In this role, you will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
Provide excellent customer service during food and beverage operations.
Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in food preparation when required.
Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Support colleagues during peak hours.
Uphold brand standards and presentation.
Report issues or customer feedback to managers.
What we’re looking for
Prior relevant F&B experience preferred but not required
Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skill
Able to handle English speaking customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and adaptability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
