Technology Talent Acquisition Manager $150-$180k + 15% VB, Raffles Place


Charterhouse is partnering with a global MNC to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on executive hiring within the technology space, therefore my client is only able to consider those candidates with recent, relevant exposure and proven capability in this field.


Based in Raffles Place and reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, this role leads talent acquisition strategy and key hiring initiatives globally, with a strong focus on Singapore.


This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who can strengthen hiring practices, elevate the employer brand, and attract senior talent - This will include hiring from the US markets, therefore, experience in this space is key.


It will manage a small team of recruiters and needs a Recruitment Lead who is strong at attracting top talent and pipelining with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop a small talent acquisition team to deliver quality hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy in line with business priorities, with a focus on executive hiring and proactive talent pipelining.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to improve hiring performance, strengthen employer brand, and respond to market trends.
  • Use data and market insight to guide decisions across attraction, quality of hire, and ongoing process improvement.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and operate with sound judgment.
