We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Administrative Support Executive to support day-to-day business operations, system management, and reporting functions. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and IT to ensure smooth operational execution and timely delivery of business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage daily operational and administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Customer Service, Sales) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure all requirements are completed within the timeline
2. System & IT Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between business users and IT team for system-related matters
- Provide support to the sales team for app/system issues and escalate when required
- Handle system setup, including new model creation and configuration updates
- Work closely with cross-functional and IT teams to drive system enhancements and ensure timely completion of improvements
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track key operational and sales metrics to support business decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Requirements:
- Proficient in both English and Korean (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with regional and HQ stakeholders
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working with systems and handling data/reporting tasks
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
