Our client is a reputable global automotive brand with over 80 countries, and they are looking for experienced BO chanrge man who experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities to work at their new plant in Lembah Beringin.

Location: Lembah Beringin, Selangor

Work Mode: Work on rotation shift / weekend

Remuneration: RM 6,500 to RM 8,000

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair:

• Oversee the complete 11kV electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, transformers and protection systems.

Repair & Troubleshooting:

• Performing operational duties and troubleshooting.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure electrical system uptime and asset life. Conduct all switching operations and administer safety documents (PTW) in full compliance with ST safety codes. Perform regular equipment inspections, thermal imaging scans and load analyses to predict and prevent failures.

Emergency Response:

• Act as the primary technical liaison with the incoming power supply provider for supply-related activities, joint inspections and planned outages.

Documentation:

• Maintain all servicing logs and documentation as per ST licensing and audit requirements.

Operational Flexibility:

• Provide support to the facility management team to ensure stable and efficient building power supply.

Key Requirements

• Valid BO Chargeman Certificate issued by ST.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in 11kV electrical system operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and power distribution systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and switching operations.
• Familiar with ST regulations, PTW, and electrical safety procedures.
• Able to perform equipment inspections, thermal scanning, and load analysis.
• Experience liaising with utility providers (e.g. TNB) is an advantage.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities
