Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Executive (Warehouse Management System) position based in Johor Bahru, with a hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility for both office and remote work.
As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth for AC2 WAVE WMS by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across key industries including distribution, retail, manufacturing, eCommerce, and third-party logistics (3PL).
Your responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery sessions, understanding customer operational challenges, delivering product demonstrations, and working closely with pre-sales consultants and solution specialists to develop tailored warehouse management solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility within the CRM system, participate in industry events and networking activities, and gather market intelligence to support business growth and product strategy. This role offers the opportunity to engage with leading enterprises and play a key role in helping organisations transform their warehouse and supply chain operations through innovative cloud-native technology.
