Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Identify, target, and close high-value sales opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Engage C-suite executives to understand strategic business challenges, including regulatory, reporting, sustainability, and operational priorities, and position our tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Pitch innovative software solutions that help organizations meet evolving business needs and operational challenges.
  • Support pre-sales activities by conducting product demonstrations, assisting in bid and proposal preparation, and advising on pricing strategies aligned with business plan targets.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with corporate sustainability and finance teams.
  • Partner with our technical delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and value realization.
  • Oversee post-sale success by managing follow-up customer training and coordinating product implementation to ensure smooth adoption and lasting client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota. 
  • Demonstrated ability to present to and close deals with C-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Chief Sustainability Officers. 
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving market, with strong pipeline management and follow-through. 
  • Genuine enthusiasm for driving measurable, positive environmental and social change. 
  • Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks like CSRD, GHG Protocol, TCFD, or ISSB. Experience in sustainability is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with ESG regulatory requirements relevant to your assigned territory. 

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Malaysia Country Manager.
