Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary payment.
• Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.
• Prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and company policies.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Familiar with HRMS/Payroll systems.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Engineering industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
