Senior Business Development
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentations
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and security needs assessments
- Negotiate contracts and follow up on leads, proposals, and renewals
- Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in security services, facilities management, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to develop proposals, manage tenders, and close deals
- Independent, target-driven, and willing to meet clients regularly
- Possess own transport
