Position: Data Analyst - Commercial Intelligence Business Analyst
Location: UOA Corporate Tower, The Vertical, Bangsar South, KL
Industry: Medical Device
Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
Work Mode: Hybrid (min. 3 days in-office/week)

What You'll Be Doing

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive data-driven decision-making

Data Governance & Quality Management

• Act as the key data steward for the JARVIS platform across APAC
• Perform data audits and reconciliations across multiple systems
• Moitor, maintain, and improve data quality standards
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs

Access Management & Compliance

• Manage user account creation and access requests
• Support user access administration through JARVIS and IT Remedy systems
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements
• Safeguard sensitive business information and maintain governance standards

Reporting & Data Insights

• Assess and analyze data sources including SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), SuccessFactors, JARVIS
• Generate meaningful reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Identify trends, opportunities, and business improvement areas
• Promote best practices in data usage and analytics across teams

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in: Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Master Data Management OR Business Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience in data management and analytics reporting
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Experience supporting data-related projects and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
