Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and record daily incoming sales order in Master Planning Schedule.
- Conduct Weekly Schedule Meeting
- Review and observe abnormalities in sales order and 3D drawing to ensure no discrepancy before generating Bill of Material (BOM).
- Coordinate with Sales Manager, R&D, Engineering Designer, Purchaser, Production Manager and Store Authorities regarding sales order issues, clarification, material availability, production capability etc.
- Generate Bill of Material for inhouse and outsource.
- Prepare Packing List by following Standard Packing & Assembly Method.
- Update Labelling System.
- Update Database in Master BOM and Link to Packing List.
- Raise PR (outsource / in house)
- Participate in ISO9001:2015
- Support in other Ad-hoc tasks by superior.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing / planning / office furniture field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with office furniture and other office facilities.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL software.
- Familiar and able to read and observe engineering drawing.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
