Store Supervisor

Royal Selangor is seeking experienced and motivated candidates to join and lead our dynamic sales teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a deep passion for the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of retail associates to meet operational and sales targets.
• Enhance customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping atmosphere.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Conduct staff training, continuous coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic computer and communications skills are required.
• Candidates with proven experience in a retail supervisory position.
• Attributes: Proactive with a cheerful disposition; with strong people management and persuasion skills,
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
