Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and background verification.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct performance appraisal processes, monitor KPI achievements, and provide constructive feedback to employees in collaboration with HODs.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports (e.g., manpower, turnover, training, payroll summary) to Management for decision-making purposes.
  • Manage employee separation processes, including resignation, termination and final settlement documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs by working closely with HODs on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and annual Training Plan development. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain proper training records.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to ISO 9001:2015, ensuring HR documentation, competency records, and training compliance meet Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Solid understanding of the full spectrum of HR practices
  • Knowledge of labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR compliance.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and ability to maintain HR documentation in line with audit standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
