Job Title: eCommerce Manager (B2B Digital Commerce)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing regional B2B eCommerce platforms by improving customer experience, platform performance, product assortment, and digital sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end eCommerce platform operations and growth strategy.
- Own product catalog, pricing, promotions, and customer journey optimization.
- Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT, and developers on platform enhancements.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage large product catalogs/SKU platforms and ensure content accuracy.
- Analyze performance data and create insights using dashboards/reporting tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams across markets to onboard customers.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous platform improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or digital product management.
- Strong B2B eCommerce/platform management experience preferred.
- Experience with marketplaces, enterprise platforms, or large SKU environments.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, PIM, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and commercially driven mindset.
