Position: E-Commerce Executive (Shopee)

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 per month (Based on experience)

Job Purpose
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales performance. The ideal candidate will focus strictly on day-to-day operations and store optimization on Shopee, while executing paid traffic and community engagement campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopee Store Management & Operations (50%)
- Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, and SEO) to maximize search visibility on Shopee.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute Shopee site-wide campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Shocking Sales, PayDay Sales) including setting up vouchers, bundles, and custom discounts.
- Inventory & Price Check: Monitor stock levels on the backend to avoid out-of-stock situations and ensure accurate pricing.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high Shopee Chat Response Rate by handling customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
- Shopee Ads: Manage Shopee Paid Ads (Search & Discovery Ads) within allocated budgets to drive internal traffic.
2. Meta Platform Marketing & Advertising (40%)
- Meta Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize basic Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) targeting traffic, engagement, and catalog conversions to our Shopee store.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with designers/content creators to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and videos tailored for Facebook/Instagram feeds and reels.
- Pixel & Tracking: Ensure basic tracking (such as Shopee Collaborative Ads / CPAS, or custom landing page links) is utilized to measure the ROI of Meta marketing spend.
- Social Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand reviews on Meta platforms to build customer trust.
3. Data & Reporting (10%)
- Track and compile weekly/monthly reports on metrics like Store Traffic, Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Revenue via Shopee Business Insights and Meta Ads Manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopee seller backend and running Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager. (Fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios in e-commerce may be considered).
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre tools (In-shop flash sales, vouchers, Shopee Live).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (A/B testing, targeting, lookalike audiences).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data tracking and inventory reconciliation.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
