Responsibilities
Requirements:
1. SPM with at least 2 years working experience or diploma in administration, office management or similar field
2. Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, & any database (SAP)
3. Production material handling
4. Document management
5. Office support - scheduling, preparation of documents etc.
Responsibility: Material handling, documentation & office support
Document Management
1. Document Management Document compilation, printing, scanning, filing and storage (including production records, QMS documentation)
2. Support in compiling & submission of documents related to purchasing & logistics
Material Handling
1. Prepare required materials received from warehouse to production
2. Inventory transfer in SAP
3. Monitoring production material and supply inventory
4. Support monthly inventory count
Office Support
1. Data entry into systems
2. Event arrangements - lunch, smock & clean room wear arrangements, supp with business trip arrangements etc
3. Request office supplies
4. Conduct 5S activities with team members
