Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading all manufacturing, planning and operational excellence activities across the company’s high-mix, low volume engineered manufacturing operations.
• The role drives safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance while building scalable manufacturing systems aligned with global business objectives.
• This position plays a critical leadership role in transforming the organization through Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, capacity planning, and workforce development to support continued growth and increasing customer requirements.
• Lead all manufacturing operations including machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, polishing, transducer assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, refrigeration assembly, testing, packaging and shipping.
• Develop manufacturing strategies that support both standard products and highly customized engineered-to-order systems.
• Drive operational performance through structured management systems and KPI accountability.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, visual management, standard work, 5S, flow optimization, and waste elimination initiatives.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Improve factory throughput, productivity, lead times, and first-pass yields.

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production : 5 years (Preferred)
• Engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
• Operations Management: 5 years (Preferred)
