Job Requirement :

• Office based, however must be able to go offshore/project location as and when needed
• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 years in HSE (oil and gas industry)
• Valid SHO registered with DOSH Malaysia
• Familiar with OSHA 1994, OSHA 2022, FMA 1967 and relevant Malaysian HSE Regulations
• Knowledgeable in offshore, marine, fabrication or any oil & gas projects.

Strong in HSE documentations and report writing skills and to assist HSE Manager in preparing report:

1. HSE Management System

2.Procedures and Work Instruction

3.Risk assessments (HIRARC/JHA/JSA)

4. ERP

5. Incident Investigation Reports

6. HS3 Statistic and Performance Report

7. Training Matrix and Competency Records

8. Legal Register and Compliance Monitoring

9. Client HSE submissions and tender documentation

10. Understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 management systems

11.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
