Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored packaging solutions.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales documentation including quotation and collection of credit timely.
• Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure service fulfilment.

Requirement

• Fresh graduate/ Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry and possess bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalents
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
