Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Associate role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Store Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product information and recommendations to support an excellent in-store experience. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, and ensuring stock is well-organized and replenished. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving minor issues, and supporting promotional activities to drive store performance. The Store Associate will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, uphold company standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Loyalty, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences for all customers.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Experience or interest in Retail Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs, recommend products, and support sales goals.
  • Basic understanding of Store Management principles, such as stock handling, visual merchandising, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in a retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
