Position: Trading Representative (Remisier Assistant)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,200 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid CMSRL licence, or have successfully completed SIDC Modules 6 and 7.

• Recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Investment, or other related disciplines. Applicants must have successfully completed their degree programme and be able to provide an official academic transcript and/or degree certificate at the time of application. Candidates awaiting final examination results, graduation, convocation, or the issuance of official academic documents will not be considered.

• Have relevant experience in the banking, financial services, or capital markets industry and/or personal experience in investing or securities trading.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute securities trading transactions accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients.

• Provide timely market updates and assist clients with information on market developments, economic trends, and investment-related matters.

• Monitor client portfolios and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-up.

• Prepare, process, and maintain client documentation, account opening forms, regulatory submissions, and other administrative records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
