Position Objective:

The main responsibility of this role is to understand user needs, optimize interaction processes through UX design, and complete design work according to Qi design specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ÿ Collaborate with BA, users, and developers to be responsible for product interface design (including task flow, information layout, and interactive design, as well as graphical interface design).

Ÿ Participate in user research work, identify and summarize opportunities for product improvement.

Ÿ Track the degree of restoration of front-end product design by development.

Ÿ Independently complete competitor analysis reports.

Ÿ Able to independently articulate design proposals.

Ÿ Establish and improve relevant documents for work projects and changes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Background in fields such as ergonomics, industrial design, and computer science.

· Proficient in using design software such as Figma, AI, Photoshop, etc., with complete design practice experience.

· Strong logical ability, good at analytic job and flow design.

· Innovative mind, willing to study new things.

· Practical and honest, with excellent service awareness

· willing to communicate, good English skills is required to be able to adapt to full English communication.

Reporting Structure and Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:

· This position directly reports to the project manager or production support leader.

· Reference to organization chart

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
