BON FOOD INDUSTRIES Hiring! Full Time QA Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

• Ensure processing plant complying FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP & Food Safety requirements.
• Responsible for Halal application or renewal, maintaining all Halal related documentation and records
• Ensure all finished goods are compliance with food act and customer requirements
• Design and implement quality systems and programs to ensure quality & food safety standards are consistently achieved
• Manage external audits & customer audits
• Responsible to all customers complaints and non-conformance issues, liaise with other departments in any issues related to quality aspects, internal and external.
• Manage all customer specifications and delegate all changes and requirements to QC team to achieve compliance
• Lead the quality assurance program by managing hazard analysis and critical control points.
• Conduct plant inspection to ensure compliance to SOP and communicate with local authorities on compliance
• Conduct trainings to related departments to ensure food safety, quality & regulatory compliance lines
• To perform other tasks and duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/FoodTechnology
• 2-3 years working experience as QA/QC in food industry
• Knowledgeable in food safety quality management system, eg FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP & etc
• Responsible, able to work independently & lead the team
• Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
