Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in office administration, documentation management, and general business support. The successful candidate will assist with filing, data entry, document organization, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare, scan, photocopy, and archive documents.
  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and appointment arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and administrative documents.
  • Support HR or Operations departments with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Able to commit to the internship duration required.

Internship Duration: 3-6 Months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
