Primary Job Purpose:

In charge for picking loose items and cartons, including sample products, as per order requirements, as well as conducting sample baking processes when required (Local, Export and Intercompany)

Including to monitoring inventory stock level, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sample room, picking and baking areas, following as process, quality, and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities:

· Pick items samples (loose items or cartons) according to picking list order received from commercial team

· Inventory (items samples) withdrawal request

· Packing material arrangement

· Ensure correct ITEM, quantity, and condition of items

· Record items during picking

· Separate and organize picked goods (items samples) by order or delivery route

· Handle items samples carefully to avoid damage

· Label or tag items/cartons (items samples)

· Move picked goods (items samples) to packing or dispatch area

· Baking items samples when required

· Assist with customer urgent self-collections at 3WP

· Goods (items samples) Export / Intercompany shipping goods coordination (by AIR/SEA or ROAD)

Other Duties:

· Involve in the physical stock count and inventory checking at 3WP warehouse

· Verify quantities and conduct physical inspections of incoming goods (BIFG/Raw Materials) received from suppliers

· Goods Return items checking/recording

· Support logistics and warehouse operations related as required

Experience and Skills Required:

· Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Experience working in the cold-room Warehouse is an added advantage

Soft Skills and Other Requirements:

· Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially MS Word/Excel.

· Good Team-Work and good Interpersonal Skills

· Able to work independently

Performance Measures:

· All items picked as per order

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
