Responsibilities

Job description

  • To perform day to day accounts dept. activity such as data entry and general administration job for department.
  • To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and request for payment.
  • Matching of invoice, P/O, and GRN.
  • To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure all filling such as records, receipts, and invoices is done on time and accurately for future retrieval.
  • To prepare payment, update cash book and notify suppliers.
  • To perform AP (Trade, and Non-trade) data entry transaction into accounting system in timely basis and ensure accuracy.
  • To perform any task given by superior.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma / Fresh graduates in Accounting or SPM with at least 1 year working experience
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and applications
  • Good organization and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision to meet tight deadline
  • An ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Hardworking and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
