At Moby Money, we're looking for detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individuals to join our team as Accounts Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and day-to-day finance operations - perfect for students or fresh graduates eager to build real-world skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily settlement reports and process merchant payments.
• Perform basic reconciliation of bank transactions, settlements, and accounts payable.
• Update payment and collection status in the system.
• Assist in processing refunds and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Perform accounting entries and postings in Accounting System.
• Prepare invoices and update Accounts Receivable (AR) payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for finance transactions.
• Assist with finance-related administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Passion about Accounts & Finance
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Good with Excel and other Spreadsheet software
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Software and Manage Books
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive
• Available for a 3–6 month internship (flexible duration)
