Job Overview
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the Company's daily administrative operations, loan documentation processes, and customer follow-ups. This role will also participate in simple marketing video recordings when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and follow up on loan application documents and related paperwork.
- Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, and internal departments regarding loan application status.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Participate in marketing videos, social media content, and promotional activities as a presenter or spokesperson when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of working experience in banking, financing, loan processing, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and financing processes is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for company marketing videos.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
