Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Technical Engineer to support our customers throughout the entire sales cycle - from understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, providing product demonstrations, to ensuring successful delivery and after-sales support. This role blends sales, application engineering, and customer relationship management, ensuring that clients receive the most suitable technical solution.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales & Business Development

• Identify new sales opportunities with both existing clients and new potential clients in various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings with customers.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.

B. Technical Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications, technical data, and application requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals
• Prepare technical reports for projects and servicing jobs
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training (on-site or virtual).
• Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers on technical clarifications.

C. After-Sales Support

• Conduct periodic follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical proposals tailored to meet client needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to follow up on proposals, services, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a technical environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Solid understanding of engineering knowledge, with a desire to deepen technical expertise.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Previous working experience is a plus but not required.
