Role Description & Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our DELMIA Operation Planning & Optimization applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Front-End Expertise: Focus on user experience and interface design, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Leaflet, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
• Back-End Proficiency: Leverage Java, Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate to build robust and scalable back-end systems.
• Full Development Lifecycle: Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and make strategic decisions regarding technology choices and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Write and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Agile Methodology: Collaborate effectively within an agile development team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
  o Front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS
  o Back-end: Java, Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for learning and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
