We are hiring Restaurant staff to join a dynamic and growing operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in operations and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across assigned business units such as F&B, spa, or salon
• Learn end-to-end operational processes and management functions
• Assist with team coordination, service quality, and operational efficiency
• Participate in departmental rotations based on performance, attitude, and potential
• Take on increasing responsibilities throughout the 2-year Management journey

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 4,000
• After Confirmation: RM 4,500
• Working hours: 9 hours per shift (including 1-hour break)
• 6 off days per month
• 1 meal provided (for F&B operations)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Presentable appearance
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
