Dentist Job Description – Klinik Pergigian Seksyen 1 WANGSA MAJUAbout the Role

At Klinik Pergigian Seksyen 1, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care while ensuring every patient receives a comfortable, professional, and positive experience. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while maintaining excellent standards of clinical care and service.Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Conduct dental examinations, consultations, and accurate diagnoses.
• Provide general dental treatments including preventive, restorative, and aesthetic procedures.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on patients’ dental needs.
• Perform procedures such as scaling, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canal treatments, and other dental services.
• Explain treatment options clearly and provide professional advice to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Promote preventive dental care and educate patients on good oral hygiene practices.

Patient Care

• Provide a comfortable and positive dental experience for every patient.
• Build strong relationships through clear communication and compassionate care.
• Address patient concerns and provide suitable treatment recommendations.
• Support patients throughout their dental journey.

Clinic Support

• Work closely with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.
• Stay updated with current dental knowledge, techniques, and best practices.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Recognized dental degree (BDS/DDS or equivalent). MDC-registered with valid APC
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Experience in general dentistry is advantage.
• Strong clinical knowledge and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Professional, responsible, and committed to quality patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
