Job Description:

• Lead the implementation of CONQUAS standards and guidelines on construction projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with BCA CONQUAS requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure CONQUAS compliance throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to assess workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify areas of non-compliance or poor workmanship and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and track rectification works and follow-up on closures.
• Prepare and coordinate all documentation, mock-ups, and quality checks required for CONQUAS assessments.
• Engage with BCA assessors and facilitate site inspections.
• Conduct internal pre-assessments and identify areas for improvement before official evaluations.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and workers on CONQUAS standards.
• Develop and distribute quality control checklists and best practice guides.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, assessment results, and improvement actions.
• Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to senior management.
• Lead a team of QA/QC personnel in ensuring high quality of work

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or construction supervision.
• BCA Certified CONQUAS / QM Manager.
• Proven experience with CONQUAS systems and BCA assessment protocols.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
